Boarding & Daycare
We provide a nurturing and secure environment here at the Grand Fur Lodge where your beloved furry companions can relax, play, and socialize to their hearts' content.

With highly trained staff and tailored programs based on dog psychology, we ensure your dogs receive the utmost care and attention, giving you peace of mind while you're away.

Why are evaluations required?
Evaluations are a 4-hour period where you drop off your dog with our trainers, daycare pack, and ambassador dogs to evaluate their temperament and personality, and plan our route to accommodating their needs.
This time allows us to get to know your dog, watch how they interact with other dogs and us, and it will help us learn how we can ensure your dog will always have a tail waggin' good time. We are a social daycare, and your dog will do best if we can get them out in a group; though if you have any questions about private boarding or reactivity, feel free to give us a call! Our experienced staff members are here to provide any pup their home away from home.
Please note: to ensure your dog has a spot for daycare and/or boarding, we kindly request you reserve a spot at least 2 days prior to your desired date. Especially around any holidays and during the summer months.
At our doggie daycare, your furry friend will have the time of their life playing, running, jumping, and fetching.
Our experienced staff will engage with and tire out even the most energetic dogs with a variety of toys and stimulating activities.
With 3 yards of varying sizes, we are equipped to meet the needs of all dogs, big or small, shy or energetic!
Rest assured, we have everything covered to ensure your dog has a fun and comfortable day with us.

Boarding
Going on a trip? Undergoing home renovations? Need a break?

Relax, your furry friend is in safe hands.

While boarding with us, your pup will be cared for 24/7 by our team of caring and attentive staff. Owners Adam & Elizabeth, as well as our Lead Kennel Tech Maggie live on site and are there in case of any emergency.

We pride ourselves on providing the ideal balanced care, fine-tuned to each dog's specific needs. GFL offers ample enrichment opportunities, up to hours of fun in the sun with our daycare crowd, and a private room to rest, eat, and regroup.
All rooms are equipped with a raised cot, plenty of soft blankets, and buckets of water to keep your pup comfortable. Our staff are trained in helping your dog ease into the boarding routine, as we know being away from home can come with some big feelings.
Our goal is to give them as much interaction, exercise, and enrichment as possible to keep them happy and healthy.

Our Kennels
Even though your dog will only be in their kennel overnight to sleep and for meal breaks throughout the day, we make sure every dog has a clean, comfortable, and secure place to wind down and relax. Blankets and waters are swapped daily, and we practice routine checks to make sure every dog is happy in their room.
"the little guys"
"the big dogs"

For our smaller furry guests, we have enclosed, "vet style" kennels made to make them feel like they're in a safe little cave.
Each kennel is equipped with ample blankets to make a comfy nesting spot, and a bucket of clean water.
Sizes vary from 24x24x24" to 48x24x32"

The big pups who need a little more space to spread out go into our Gator Kennels.
These kennels range in size from 4x6, 5x5, up to as big as 5x10!
Each kennel is equipped with a raised cot to help ease wear on the joints, comfy blankets, and a bucket of fresh water.
What can I bring for my dog?

Our usual "Packing List" includes:

- Personal Gear (leash, collar, harness, etc)
- Food, with any Toppers or Treats you'd like added.
- Medications, Balms, Topical Treatments

You may also bring bully sticks or other chews to keep in their room, small toys or scent items from home, or a doggy jacket/sweater in the colder months. Please do not bring your own cot, dog bed, or bulky blankets. We have a small washing machine and cannot guarantee personal belongings will fit.
